First; it was simple and fun to assemble, and equally as fun to use. You can lock yourself in well when doing knee raises, and there is plenty of room, even though the machine has a small foot print, to do side twist knee raises. The back pad and forearm pads are comfortable. Nice and sturdy for dips, and it's been nice to add dips to my triceps routine, which I do in combination with chest exercises; the dips hit your chest well, too.
Pros:Doesn't take up much room and it is very sturdy.
