This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 ga. tubing and has cushions constructed of 3/4" - 7 ply plywood with self-skinned foam construction. These are the most durable and attractive cushions available.

The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace and can be adjusted from the seated position. it adjusts from flat (0 degrees) to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position.

The bench comes fully assembled with only one bolt to adjust before use.

Just what I needed

I needed a strong sturdy bench that is not TOO high off the ground so I can plant my feet and drive my legs during bench press. PERFECT! This bench is well made, very sturdy, and only 16 inches off the ground. It was super easy to assemble and it feels like a much more expensive bench.
