"My wife and I give Fitness Giant an excellent for courteous, prompt, and outstanding service! Emails were answered either the same or next day, and when I called the 800 number, the phone was picked up quickly by someone who answered all of my questions, and provided reliable information. Everything turned out as I expected, and there were no unpleasant surprises. A couple of very minor parts (plastic end caps) were missing, and when I emailed John at Fitness Giant, he promptly replied (email same day) that the parts would be sent out in the mail right away, and he apologized for any inconvenience. Not only did we get a high quality product, but we saved over $400 on the retail price compared to a local dealer. After calling the toll free number and speaking to John at Fitness Giant, I felt comfortable about the delivery and doing the set-up myself (another savings of over $150). It took me about 12 hours spread over 3 days to assemble it. The directions were very good, and I did the assembly by myself. As promised, the Bodycraft Strata Home Gym with Leg Press arrived in our area in about 4 days, at which time we were called to coordinate a final delivery date and time (window of less than 2 hours, which is good if you have other things to do). Yahoo asked us to critique only Fitness Giant and not the product, but I think that the products that a company sells is also a reflection of the company. Great product! My wife and I are truly enjoying it!"
