| Master track running belt system for TM22
This is a patented V-guide that is vulcanized to the underside of the belt. What this means to you is nearly maintenance
free running belt tracking and alignment. Eliminating all the belt adjustment problems encountered with other treadmills.
Flip able running deck on TM22
The running deck on the TRACKMASTER® treadmill is two sided so in the event the running deck wears you can flip it
for a totally new wear surface.
Floor surface requirement
The TM22 TRACKMASTER®treadmill can be placed on a 33 in. x 88 in level surface.
Robust long wearing deck for TM22
The running deck is made of 15 ply zero void birch plywood with wax impregnated MASONITE bonded to it. This is an
extremely long wearing surface, and is very resistive against warp. Additionally this combination is maintenance free
and does not require the use of messy sprays or lubricants.
Superior shock absorbsion system
The running deck is supported by 6 large isolators, on TM22 that offer a great deal of cushion when walking but yet they
are firm enough to give good support against the impact of running.
Heavy duty 2.5 HP AC drive for TM22
Our treadmill uses an AC motor powered by an inverter drive to avoid the problems associated with DC treadmills. We
have no brushes that wear out or to create the black dusty mess that DC motors are associated with. AC means low heat
to avoid electronic component failures. This drive configuration is what we refer to as a maintenance free drive system.
Simplified electronics for TM22
Our treadmill has basically 4 main operational components. This has several advantages over using combined
components like other treadmills have. Separate components allow for easy trouble shooting and isolation of what
component is bad. Also with separate components, we are able to ship out replacement components overnight to get the
treadmill repaired quickly. The cost of the components is also much less than an all in one design PC board.
Timing belt type drive for TM22
Our treadmill uses a timing belt type drive that eliminates belt slip or hesitation problems associated with multi-v
serpentine type belts.
Durable running belt for TM22
The treadmill's running belt uses an overlap splice as opposed to the cheaper typically used "finger splice". This type of
splice does not separate or start to peel like the finger splice does. Additionally, the running belt is much thicker material
than many of its competitor's belts.
Meets Medical standard qualification for TM22
Our treadmills meet the medical standard UL2601-1. This guarantees that current leakage is below 500 micro amps or .5
milliamps. Without this medical leakage requirement being met, other treadmills can cause you unwanted liabilities.
Leakage levels above the 500 milliamps point have been known to cause false blips or false readings on EKG testing
results. Additionally and more importantly, higher leakage levels than 500 micro amps have been known to reprogram
Pacemakers opening the facility up for huge liability. Beware of the treadmill manufacture that say their leakage is below
that level but don't actually have the documentation to back it up.
Treadmill is offered with CE option for TM22
The TRACKMASTER® treadmill is offered with the "CE" mark for European compliance.
24 hr. "Burn in"
Every treadmill we build is operated for 24 hrs before it leaves the facility. The speed and elevation are varied throughout
the process to assure proper operation. We have found this testing to prove very positive in location potential failures prior
to delivery. About 90% of electronic failures are referred to as "Infant mortality", in other words the failure occurs with in
the first few hours of operation. Note; this is an unloaded test so it does not wear any of the components of your treadmill.

We offer treadmills in 115VAC, 1-phase, 50-60Hz, 20-amp power supply, and a 200-240VAC, 1-phase, 50-60Hz for

Available in two types of crating for TM22
The treadmill can be shipped fully assembled (Domestic), or broke down (international). When shipped broke down, you
