Good plates

This set is great for a small gym or personal use. I do Olympic lifting every Tuesday and Thursday and I expect this set to last me at least 10 years. I lift on a platform made of two sheets of plywood covered covered with horse stall mats. I literally slammed 225lbs. as hard as I could from about 6 ft in the air and it only bounced about two feet. �I also paired every combination of the weights I could and slammed them all. Each time produced a safe and predictable bounce.�

Pros:

Stainless steel�insert and sturdy construction�

Cons:

I wouldn't �drop a bar loaded with just 10's or 15's because it may damage the smaller weights�
