Verified BuyerFrom the initial sales inquiry to delivery, the customer experience and the equipment has been fantastic. The part that really surprised me was the communication aspect with fitness giant. Not only were the responses extremely fast, but they went above and beyond to make sure I knew the turn around time, pricing, delivery charges and any other factors that may have changed my mind prior to submitting the final order request.
The product itself is more than I expected. Solid in every way. I can finish a set of bench pulls, rack the weights and do clapping push ups right on the equipment. Built to last!
