Orders placed with Fitness Giant will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large orders such as home gyms, treadmills and weight sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders arriving by truck are CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and to assist with unloading the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements. We generally do not ship to APO and FPO addresses; however some items may be available for shipment to these addresses. Please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill the order.
Prior to accepting any deliveries please examine the cartons for any sign of damage. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Certain oversized items, items shipped outside the contiguous United States and items shipped to certain locations within the contiguous U.S.A. may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you regarding any extra shipping charges before your order is processed. These charges may differ from those listed on your Order Confirmation email. Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of GA.
We offer shipping to the 50 United States and its territories. Please note that shipments to AK, HI and the U.S. territories will usually incur additional freight charges.
