I did a lot of research before deciding on the Powerline leg press. It was actually one of the easiest pieces of gym equipment I've ever assembled taking around an hour and a half to set up.
Performance: I've used it several times in the last week and a half since it arrived and there a no squeaks or other noises that I've read about from other buyers. I think it comes down to using proper form and applying silicone to slide bars once a month or when needed. It's max weight is 400 # which more than enough for me. You'll get a great leg workout with this machine !
