Ordering / Cancellations / Returns




I Placed my order today, when can I expect shipment?

Most orders are processed the same day and shipped within 2-5 business days. In some cases due to holidays, weekends or a backordered item, your order may take a bit longer to ship. However we will notify you immediately if there is any substantial delay.

You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We will also provide tracking information once the order has shipped.

Will you contact me if my order is delayed?

Yes, via email or phone. We also update your shipping status on a daily basis to reflect the most current information we have regarding your order. You can view this by following the link you received in your order confirmation email.

Why is the order I placed yesterday on hold?

Orders are marked “On Hold” for several reasons. For example an item may be backordered, or there may be a discrepancy in the order or the credit card billing address etc. Whenever this occurs we place the order on hold until we can contact you via email or phone to clear up any confusion.

What are your shipping charges?

At Fitness Giant we offer Free Shipping on most of our items shipped within the contiguous U.S..

Some Items may be available for shipping to AK and HI but will usually incur additional freight charges. Please feel free to contact us with your request.

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of GA.

How is my order shipped?

Most smaller orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx. Larger orders such as home gyms, treadmills and weight sets will be shipped via trucking companies.

Do I need to be at home when my order arrives?

Not necessarily. Items shipped UPS, FedEx and USPS will usually be left at your door unless you request otherwise. Large items such as treadmills, home gyms, weights etc. shipped via trucking companies, will require someone to be present to sign for, receive and assist with unloading the equipment. The freight carrier will call you ahead of time to make an appointment for delivery.

When the treadmill I ordered arrives, will the driver bring it in to my home?

No. Large items such as treadmills, home gyms and weights etc. that arrive via motor freight are curbside delivery only. The driver is responsible only for helping to get the equipment off of the truck. It's the customer's responsibility to transport the merchandise from the curb into the house.

I could never unload that heavy equipment myself; can I arrange to have it brought inside?

Yes. With prior notice we can arrange for inside delivery. Please contact us prior to shipment so that we can make the proper arrangements. Please note that there is an additional charge for this service.

I ordered several different items but only one of them showed up today. Where is the rest of my order?

Orders that contain multiple items may be shipped from different locations. Therefore you may receive the order in separate shipments.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We generally do not ship to APO and FPO addresses; however some items may be available for shipment to these addresses. Please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill the order.

The item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Prior to accepting any deliveries please examine the cartons for any sign of visible damage. Also be sure that you receive the number of cartons you're signing for. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Upon opening the boxes, if there are any missing or damaged pieces, please contact us at 1-888-867-1945 or email us at cs@fitnessgiant.com. We'll have the parts replaced asap or if necessary, we'll have a new shipment sent out. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery before, during or after receipt of your order, please contact us via phone or email.

Do you ship your products outside of the United States?

Generally speaking, we only ship our products to the 50 United States. However, some of our products may be available for shipment to other locations. Please feel free to email us with your request.

How can I place an order?

  • Purchase Orders - Generally speaking we accept purchase orders from Government & Coporate facilities, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools & Universities etc. Please email your purchase order to sales@fitnessgiant.com or fax your purchase order to 888-328-5196. Be sure to include a shipping and billing address as well as a point of contact.
  • We accept: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover & PayPal credit cards which are processed through our secure server.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 888-867-1945 or e-mail us at cs@fitnessgiant.com as soon as possible so that we can stop the order. Please note that if an order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred TO and FROM your location even if the package is refused. Although items marked "Free Shipping" do not show a freight charge on your original invoice, we will deduct the original cost to ship the item to you from your refund.

How can I return my purchase?

At Fitness Giant we want to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase as well as the customer service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please keep in mind that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location even if the item was marked "Free Shipping".

Please note that all returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. if an item is returned which does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal. Some returns may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Of course if you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective, there will be no cost to our customers for returns or replacements.

I don't see a particular item on the website. Do you sell it?

Maybe, please feel free to contact us if you do not see an item you are looking for. We may be able to help you locate items not found on our website.

My order arrived but I did not get a receipt. Will it be mailed to me?

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that serves as your order receipt. Please print that page for your records. If you need any additional documentation please email sales@ftinessgiant.com or call us and we will be glad to send it out.

Will I incur any shipping charges when placing an order online?

Almost all of our items include Free Shipping. If there's an item on our website that's not marked with our Free Shipping logo, we will contact you after the order has been placed to discuss any additional shipping charges prior to processing your order.

I would rather not pay by credit card; can I just mail you a check?

Checks may be acceptable in certain situations. Please feel free to call us at 888-867-1945 to discuss.

Is my order secure?

Absolutely. We provide safe and secure on-line order processing using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Of course orders are always accepted via phone-toll free-at 888-867-1945 or fax at 888-328-5196.

Will Fitness Giant keep my personal information private?

Fitness Giant's relationship with its customers is very important to us. We respect your privacy and will always protect the information you provide to us.

We will never make available our mailing lists, telephone numbers, billing information or e-mail addresses to anyone...period.

What sort of guarantee do you make on your merchandise?

At Fitness Giant we stand behind all of the products that we sell. We’ll do everything possible to be certain you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fitness Giant simply return the item in NEW condition, in its original package within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
