Altogether now, we have a three-postion pull-up bar, a knee lift station with four elbow pads and a lumber pad, two grips up front provide a dip station, and down low is another elevated dip station. All handles have cushy foam rubber grips and there are non-slip surfaces on the step areas. Fully welded construction means no frame bolts and the ultimate in rigidity, a Legend hallmark.
