Provides a good, vigorous workout. The sounds from the water resistance is very soothing and makes you feel like you are actually rowing on water.

Pros

Easy to assemble. All necessary tools are provided. Smooth and consistent rowing resistance. Seat gets uncomfortable after 10 minutes of rowing, but a folded towel solves this problem. Overall an excellent machine.

Cons

Seat is a bit uncomfortable.
