A big hit in the functional cross training community, this GHD is our most economical solution for exercising the core and posterior chain. Bolt-together design makes shipping more affordable as well, but flanges on the bolted joints keep things strong and sturdy. Forged pop pins provide secure adjustments. Comes with split pad. The 3205 option is also available, providing a raised set of wheels on the back, so that the 7003 can just be tilted and rolled away when it needs to be relocated.
