DESCRIPTION
The SelectEDGE Torso Rotation was built to offer more versatility, starting with five knee pad starting positions. It also has extra long grab handles to accommodate users of all statures. Simply set your starting position, select your weight, kneel on the pad and grab the handles, and then start rotating to a stronger core.
Why kneeling instead of sitting? In our research to bring the SelectEDGE Torso Rotation to market, we discovered that being in the kneeling position helps encourage better posture during reps. Seated machines don’t promote a straight spine, and some downright encourage slouching. Keeping your spine straight is much better, so that’s why we went with a kneeling version. Plus, it’s a bit more fun.

With a 150 pound weight stack, the SelectEDGE Torso Rotation is suitable for users of all levels. A weight stack upgrade to 250 pounds is available should it be needed.
